If a man says he’s interested in you and wants a relationship, but consistently goes days without communicating, pay attention to the pattern—not just the promises.
People have different communication styles, responsibilities, schedules, and comfort levels with texting. A demanding job, family obligation, or personal circumstance may affect how often someone reaches out.
But healthy communication still requires honesty, consideration, and a willingness to discuss expectations.
Ladies, if daily communication is part of your standard for a healthy, intentional relationship, say that clearly from the beginning. Your standard may not be everyone else’s—and that’s okay.
Don’t silence your needs just to “go with the flow.” Ignoring what matters to you can eventually lead to disappointment and heartbreak.
If a day or two passes, there may be a legitimate reason. Life gets busy. Work gets demanding. Some people prefer less frequent communication while still being sincere and committed.

The real question is this: Can the two of you communicate openly, respect each other’s needs, and create a rhythm that works for both of you?
But when communication is consistently absent, explanations remain unclear, or your needs are repeatedly dismissed, stop making excuses, overthinking, and wondering where you stand.
A difference in communication style can be navigated. A lack of consideration and compatibility should not be ignored.
You deserve clarity.
You deserve consistency.
You deserve intentionality.
Life is too short to chase someone for attention or question whether you are worthy of being pursued. You are a diamond. Never allow someone’s circumstances, communication style, effort, or lack of interest to make you question your value.
Remember: What you think about yourself, you will begin to believe about yourself. What you believe about yourself will influence what you accept, pursue, and achieve.
Your worth does not increase because someone chooses you—and it does not decrease because someone doesn’t.

Stand on your standards. Communicate your boundaries. Protect your heart. Know your worth.
And remember: the right connection won’t require you to abandon yourself just to be loved.
